នេះបើយោងស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជាថ្លែងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ខែសីហាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ។
ស្ថានទូតបញ្ជាក់ថា អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសង្គ្រាម លោក Elbridge Colby បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា ទៀ សីហា ក្នុងកិច្ចសន្ទនាប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ដែលផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងយោធានៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ និងគាំទ្រដល់កំណែទម្រង់យោធាដែលមានលក្ខណ:សមហេតុផល និងជាក់ស្តែងរបស់កម្ពុជា។
លោកអនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី Colby បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ទៀ សីហា ចំពោះការគាំទ្ររបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនាវា USS Cincinnati ចូលចតនៅកម្ពុជា និងបានស្វាគមន៍ឱកាសសម្រាប់ការធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនាពេលអនាគត ទៅកាន់មូលដ្ឋានទ័ពជើងទឹករាម។
នៅពេលខាងមុខ មេដឹកនាំទាំងពីរបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីអាទិភាពប្រតិបត្តិការសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន ការចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងវិញនូវសមយុទ្ធរួម Angkor Sentinel ការពង្រីកការហ្វឹកហ្វឺនទ្វេភាគី និងការអប់រំវិជ្ជាជីវៈយោធា ព្រមទាំងការអនុវត្តការកែទម្រង់លើកម្លាំងយោធា។

Under Secretary Elbridge Colby met with Cambodian Minister of National Defense Tea Seiha for a productive dialogue focused on deepening military-to-military engagement and support to Cambodia’s commonsense military reforms.
Under Secretary Colby thanked Minister Seiha for Cambodia’s support during the USS Cincinnati port call and welcomed opportunities for future visits to Ream Naval Base. Looking ahead, both leaders underscored key operational priorities, including restarting the Angkor Sentinel joint exercises, expanding bilateral training and professional military education, and implementing military personnel reforms.
A strong, capable, and sovereign Cambodia can make an important contribution to an enduring balance of power in the Indo-Pacific. The United States looks forward to making practical progress together
